Noyes & Company, Stuart Pearl was associated with other investment advisory and brokerage firms with a history of customer complaints and securities industry regulatory problems. Stuart Pearl has had his own share of regulatory problems. First, in 2017 he was suspended for 45 days in fines $7,500 for allegedly using discretion in a customer’s account without written discretionary approval in violation of FINRA conduct rules. In 2021 he was suspended again, this time for 3 months and fined $5,000 for recommending the purchase of leveraged and inverse traded funds to 4 customers without having a sufficient understanding of the risk and features associated with these products and having a reasonable basis to make those recommendations.
