  • Misrepresentation, negligence, unsuitability, and breach of fiduciary duty related to private placement investments.
  • Breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and negligent misrepresentation related to private placement investments.
  • Unsuitable recommendations regarding overconcentration of clients account and private placements.
