Francisco Valenzuela (CRD #2786970) who was formerly registered with Morgan Stanley and located in Tucson, Arizona, is a subject of one of our many securities industry sales practice abuse investigations.  Prior to Morgan Stanley, Francisco Valenzuela was associated with other investment advisory and brokerage firms with a history of customer complaints and securities industry regulatory problems.

  • A second arbitration award was entered against Francisco Valenzuela for excessive trading, unsuitable investment recommendations and misrepresentations the amount of $90,000.
  • The financial advisor was the subject of another customer complaint which settled for alleged misrepresentations in connection with the purchase of a mutual fund.
