The allegations made in the FINRA reported customer complaint for investment losses were that email received from plan trustee disputed a bill he received from the plan’s third party administrator for approximately $5,810. TTEE alleged it was a poor plan due to lack of employee participation and that it had not been reviewed. The complaint does not allege unsuitability or poor market performance. Gong Yun’s customer complaint was denied and, to date, the customer has not taken any further action.
