The client contended that the setup of the transaction did not satisfy required minimum distributions for tax year 2019 which totaled $17,326.23 and he may be subject to a 50% penalty by the Internal Revenue Service. Kevin Millard’s customer complaint was denied and, to date, the customer has not taken any further action.
