He was terminated by Osaic Wealth, Inc. on June 7, 2024, due to a failure to disclose personal loan transactions with a client. Subsequently, on August 5, 2024, he was permanently barred by FINRA after he refused to cooperate with their investigation, provide requested documents and information and failed to appear for testimony.
